Return Policy

Qualified items may be returned within 21 days of purchase for exchange or refund, please read our Guarantee Policy for details and qualifications.

Return the item in its original condition (including packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.) along with the invoice, your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less a 15% restocking fee, and less shipping and handling costs. No returns will be accepted after the stated return period.

Please allow up to two weeks from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.

We refund shipping charges in the following cases:

  • We ship an incorrect product
  • We ship a defective product
  • The carrier damages a product during shipping

If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.

What if I ordered a wrong size?
If you purchased a wrong size, not to worry, we will exchange it for the correct size. Contact customer care and they will help you with the exchange.

How do I return an item?

Before returning an item you must receive an authorization key (AK) number from customer care. Once you receive an AK number ship the item in its original condition back to us along with a copy of your invoice and all original packaging, manuals, etc. via insured parcel post , priority mail, or FedEx.
